1. Logging in for the first time
You should have received an email invitation from your organization. Here’s how to get started:- Open the email from Clippo and click the Get Started button.
- If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), you’ll be asked to sign in with your usual work login. Otherwise, create a password.
- Once signed in, you’ll land on your dashboard — this is your home screen in Clippo.
Can’t find the invitation email? Check your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Ask your manager or IT team to resend it, or contact support@clippo.com.
2. Your dashboard
Your dashboard is where all your video projects live. Right now it’s empty — that’s normal! You’re about to create your first project. The three things to know about your dashboard:- The New Project button (top right) is how you start a new video.
- Your finished clips appear here after you export them.
- You can come back to any project to make changes later.
3. Uploading your first recording
Click New Project
Click the New Project button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
Choose your video file
You’ll see an upload screen. Either:
- Drag and drop your video file from your computer onto the screen, or
- Click Browse and select the file from your folders
4. Using Clippo Magic
This is the fun part. Clippo Magic will automatically improve your video — cleaning up audio, removing filler words (like “um” and “uh”), and adding captions.Click the Clippo Magic button
Once your video finishes uploading, you’ll see a large pink button labeled Clippo Magic. Click it.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
Wait for Clippo to work its magic
Clippo will process your video. You’ll see a progress bar. This usually takes 1–3 minutes.While you wait, here’s what Clippo is doing:
- Removing filler words and awkward pauses
- Cleaning up your audio (reducing background noise, leveling volume)
- Adding captions to your video
- Adjusting the video frame so you stay centered
5. Previewing your result
Click Play
When processing finishes, click the Play button to watch your clip. You’ll see your improved video with captions.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
6. Exporting your clip
Now let’s turn your clip into a video file you can use.Click the green Export button
You’ll see a green Export button in the top-right corner of the screen. Click it.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
Choose vertical format
Select 9:16 (Vertical) as your aspect ratio. This is the standard format for phone-sized videos and social media.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
7. Where your file goes
Download your clip
When the export finishes, you’ll see a Download button. Click it to save the video file to your computer.[SCREENSHOT COMING SOON]
