## Managing multiple kits

You can create as many Brand Kits as you need. Common setups:

* **By platform** — one kit for TikTok/Reels (9:16, bold captions), one for YouTube (16:9, minimal captions)
* **By department** — marketing, sales, training
* **By location** — for franchise organizations with location-specific branding

### Setting a default kit

1. Go to the **Brand Kits** tab
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the kit you want as default
3. Click **Set as Default**

The default kit is pre-selected for all new projects. Team members can switch to a different kit if allowed.

### Restricting kit access

To lock team members to specific kits:

1. Go to the **Brand Kits** tab
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the kit
3. Click **Manage Access**
4. Choose between **All members** or **Selected members only**

## How team members use Brand Kits

When a team member creates a new project:

1. They see a **Brand Kit** dropdown at the top of the editor
2. They select the appropriate kit (or the default is pre-selected)
3. All brand settings are applied automatically — captions, colors, logo, and default aspect ratio
4. They can focus on content without worrying about brand consistency
