# How to Use the Admin Dashboard

> Manage users, track usage, and control settings for your organization.

The Admin Dashboard is where you manage your organization's Clippo Enterprise account. From here you can add users, set permissions, monitor usage, and configure brand settings.

## Accessing the Admin Dashboard

  <Step title="Sign in to Clippo">
    Go to [app.clippo.com/dashboard](https://app.clippo.com/dashboard) and sign in with your admin account.

  <Step title="Open the Admin Dashboard">
    Click **Admin** in the left sidebar. This option only appears for accounts with admin permissions.

## Managing users

### Adding users

  <Step title="Go to the Users tab">
    In the Admin Dashboard, click the **Users** tab.

  <Step title="Click Add Users">
    Click the **Add Users** button in the top-right corner.

  <Step title="Enter email addresses">
    Type or paste email addresses — one per line, or separated by commas. You can add up to 500 users at once.

  <Step title="Set their role">
    Choose a role for the new users:

    | Role        | Permissions                                               |
    | ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
    | **Member**  | Create projects, export clips, use brand templates        |
    | **Manager** | Everything above + view team usage stats                  |
    | **Admin**   | Everything above + manage users, settings, and brand kits |

  <Step title="Send invitations">
    Click **Send Invitations**. Each user will receive an email with a link to set up their account (or sign in via SSO if configured).

### Removing users

1. Go to the **Users** tab
2. Find the user you want to remove
3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to their name
4. Click **Remove User**
5. Confirm the removal

<Warning>
  Removing a user does not delete their projects. Their projects will be transferred to the organization's shared library.

## Tracking usage

    In the Admin Dashboard, click the **Usage** tab.

  <Step title="View usage stats">
    You'll see:

    * **Total exports** this month
    * **Active users** — how many team members have logged in
    * **Top creators** — who's creating the most content
    * **Processing time** — total AI processing minutes used

  <Step title="Filter by date range">
    Use the date picker to view usage for any time period.

## Organization settings

In the **Settings** tab, you can:

* Update your organization name and logo
* Configure [SSO](/enterprise/sso-setup)
* Manage [Brand Kit templates](/enterprise/brand-kit-templates)
* Set default export settings for all users
* Enable or disable specific features for your team
